Neighbourhood Plan, Parish Council, Important

Bremhill Parish Neighbourhood Plan is being reviewed and updated as a government requirement in order to validate its status.

Consequently, all development within our parish should meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Wiltshire Council believe they have a requirement to build additional housing and some of these may have to be absorbed into our area.

Our updated Neighbourhood Plan can -

Advise where and what type of development should happen in the neighbourhood, provided that the Neighbourhood Plan policies do not conflict with the strategic policies in the Local Plan prepared by Wiltshire Council planning authority.

This questionnaire will provide feedback for:

  • What matters most to you in what we already have?
  • What aspects of our community and place need support and protection?
  • What changes do you want to see?
  • What needs to be brought in or developed?

The questionnaire is anonymous and will be used to understand community opinion as a whole. This then provides the basis for the Neighbourhood Plan as a reflection of the consensus views of the residents.

A paper copy, if required, can be obtained from Sarah Gingell, Parish Clerk: email: or telephone: 07312 102190

If you would like any assistance with completing this questionnaire please contact your local Parish Councillor.

Please complete your review questionnaire by 30 April.

Thank you for your support.
